La Carbayeda is an area of Bolgues (Les Regueres) where there would naturally be an oak forest, for the ancient Asturians this tree was sacred and their forests were dedicated to the gods such as Lug, god of light and the heavens. In this blanket I imagined the view from a cloud of an oak forest in autumn, the traces of white cloud cover the golden leaves but at intervals you can admire all the colour.
Our blankets are woven with Extremadura merino wool and extra soft organic merino wool dyed with natural dyes, which wrap you and caress you with softness.
