These conditions are valid for sales made by Paz Mesa of its products offered on www.pazmesa.art . These sales are reserved solely for the end user.

The making of a purchase through the portal www.pazmesa.art implies the acceptance of the general conditions of sale and no written acceptance of these conditions will be necessary.

In the event that a customer or user does not comply with the following General Conditions, Paz Mesa reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order and/or the customer’s account without any compensation to the customer by Paz Mesa.

The website www.pazmesa.art is created and operated by the company Paz Mesa.

PRODUCTS

The products offered by Paz Mesa on its website meet the highest quality requirements.

Paz Mesa makes sure that the photos are an approximate representation of the product offered. In addition, each product has a product sheet which includes its characteristics.

In case there is an error in the description or the images imply a substantial change in the product, the customer may return the item within 14 calendar days of receipt at no cost.

PRICES

The prices of our products shown on the website are in euros, including taxes (VAT) but excluding handling and shipping.

These costs will be indicated at the time of validation of the order and prior to payment and will be included in the invoice.

Paz Mesa reserves the right to modify the prices of the products at any time, however, the price that will be invoiced will be the one existing at the time of registration of the order on the web.

Orders will not be considered completed until the moment in which the amount is received by Paz Mesa.

Paz Mesa reserves the right to cancel the order in the following cases:

1. Orders placed at a price much lower than the sale price due to an error that can be clearly identified by the customer.
2. Orders suspected of fraud.
3. Orders that are out of stock even if they have not been notified on the website.
5. There are previous orders pending payment.

In these cases the company will refund the full amount of the order.

ORDERS

By placing an order on the www.pazmesa.art website, the user acknowledges that he/she is aware of and accepts these general conditions.

The order is understood to be placed once the order has been confirmed and the payment has been made. However, the order is only considered firm when Paz Mesa has received the amount of the order.

AVAILABILITY

Products are available as long as they appear on the website www.pazmesa.art, subject to stock availability.

In case of stock out of stock after receiving the order, the customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone of the situation.

In this case, the customer will be informed of the possibility of:
– To make a partial shipment
– Give a new delivery date
– Modify the order
– Cancel the order.

In case of total cancellation of the order, a refund of the total amount paid will be issued within 14 days in the same form in which the payment was made.

In the case of a partial cancellation, a partial refund equivalent to the cancelled part will be issued within 14 days in the same form in which the payment was made.

PAYMENT METHOD

Online orders can only be paid by bank card or bizum through the SIS Virtual POS service of Redsys. The Virtual POS implements SSL (currently with TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2) in all communications that prevent the interception of information by third parties. Therefore, confidentiality is assured in all communications established during the transaction.

The charge to the customer’s account will be made immediately, although it may not appear in the account for a few days due to the customer’s own bank.

The order is only considered completed when the money has been paid into the Paz Mesa account.

The purchases are confidential and we use the SSL protocol to encrypt the information.

Paz Mesa does not have access to your bank details, nor are they stored on any server owned by Paz Mesa.

For this reason you must enter all payment details every time you are going to make a transaction on the website itself.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

General

Delivery times depend on picking, packing and transit times, which may vary depending on the destination.

Products will be delivered to the address indicated in the purchase process. Paz Mesa reserves the right to split a shipment into several smaller ones without affecting the cost to the buyer.

Paz Mesa is not responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery due to transport or customs problems, if your order has suffered a delay please contact us and we will look for the best option available.

Shipping methods

The products are sent by courier company.

Delivery times vary from 4 to 10 working days depending on the destination.

– Provincial rate (up to 3 kg) —- 4,5 €.
– Peninsula and Portugal (up to 3 kg) — 5,5 €.
– Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (up to 3 kg) ——– 25 €.
– Balearic Islands (up to 3 kg) ——– 10 € 10

Problems with delivery

If the customer is not present at the time of delivery to receive the order at the address indicated by him at the time of placing the order: the transport agency will contact the customer indicating the procedures to be followed.

If the package is returned due to the impossibility of delivery, the customer will be automatically notified by email. If no response is received from the customer within 48h Paz Mesa reserves the right to cancel the order, in this case the shipping costs will not be refunded in any case.

Once the package has been received, the customer must:

– Verify that what has been received matches the order.
– Indicate any problems with the delivery, if the box arrived damaged, indicating the issue in a handwritten note on the delivery note.

Complaints about transport damage will be valid within 24 hours and must be made first to the carrier.

Complaints about the goods have a period of 24 hours, indicating with a picture the damage, damage or error, after this time the company is not responsible for the care of a delivered piece.

All these deadlines are counted from the reception of the goods. No claims of any kind will be accepted outside the stipulated deadlines.

Delivery delays

In the event that an order is delayed in delivery the customer should contact Paz Mesa customer service by sending an email to the address hola@pazmesa.art.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Returns

In case the product does not meet the requirements you can return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt provided that the following conditions are met:

– You should send the products as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you have communicated your wish to return the product by email: hola@pazmesa.art
– The product must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labelling.
– The products must be in a perfect state for sale (without damage, marks of use, etc.) and properly protected in the same box in which it was received to protect the product. No stickers should be affixed directly to the box as the product box is for presentation and is not the final transport box. In the event that it cannot be returned in the box in which it was delivered, the Customer must return it in a protective box so that the product arrives at the Paz Mesa warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
– A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, where the returned products and the reason for the return are marked.

To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:

– Before proceeding with the return it is ESSENTIAL to contact us at hola@pazmesa.art.
– Paz Mesa will inform the customer of the address to which the product should be sent.
– The customer must send it by a courier company of his choice. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
– Inform Paz Mesa of the courier company used, date and time of return.

Packages without identification (name, surname, address and order number) will not be accepted.

The return of products implies the right to receive the amount paid for them.

The following rules shall apply:

Financial reimbursement will always be made in the same form of payment. The refund in case of return will be full, without discounts or commissions of any kind.

The deadline for reimbursement is 14 days from the moment the product is received.

In accordance with banking legislation, refunds cannot be made to expired credit cards. In the event that this happens Paz Mesa reserves the right to request additional documentation in order to proceed with the refund.

Exceptions

In accordance with EU law 2011/83/EU the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders of the products listed below.

– Customised products or products with modifications requested by the customer.
– Products that come sealed and that lack the seal at the time of return.

Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipment.
