All my cloths are dyed with natural dyes, free from chemical and toxic substances and heavy metals.

My textile products are created following a completely traditional process, following sustainable criteria and circular flow economy in which textile waste is not generated.

Whenever is possible I weave using proximity fibres from local projects and/or coming from organic production. And with the wool from my own xalda sheep flock, the native Asturian breed with celtic origins that was used for thousands of years in the magic territory of Asturias, today endangered.

All my cloths are dyed with natural dyes, free form chemical and toxic substances and heavy metals. I apply totally sustainable processes and with zero harming for my health during its elaboration as well as for the environment or the consumers.

Each textile piece is weaved one by one in a very slow and detailed way using my traditional looms. They are ellaborated with the calm that is needed for the traditional work. Long lasting charming and subtle pieces, that tuck us with softness.

We take care of the planet

For a better world

I believe that a fairer and sustainable production is essential to build a better world. Taking this into account we care about all the details, from the origin and production of the raw material, weaved and dyed of the product to the packaging.

Nature colours

Ellaborating my own dyes give me total freedom for creating a non-ending colour palette, with a unique bright, harmony and shade.

Immersing in my cloths experience is discovering a deep connection with the colours and shades that nature has weaved over the centuries. Each one of my strings is a white canvas that is transformed in an infinite colour palette through the natural dyes I elaborate with care.

The traditional elaboration of my own dyes is an act of creation. It is a trip towards the exploration of unique hues, subtle brights and harmonies that only nature can give. Each plant selected by me, either from my vegetable garden or casted away elements or harvested in the environment, keeps in its leaves and roots secrets that are displayed in a colourful symphony.

When the plants have ran out its dying capacity, they are not wasted; in his complete life cycle, they turn back to the vegetable garden as compost, closing this way the circle of life and sustainability.

Each dyed cloth is the result of a careful and slow process, a dance between fibres and dyes that are weaved together for creating a piece of functional art. This process is not only essential to achieve colour authenticity but also for capturing the nature of each cloth in essence.

Each time you wrapped yourself in one of my cloths, you are caressing the beauty of nature in its purest form. It is an experience beyond aesthetics, it is a hug to the history of the Earth and the magic of her colours.

The dying process need a few days to be successful and achieve the high quality due to the long resting times between each boiling process.

My colours are very resistant to the light and washings; for this, I use dying techniques very well known for its resistance and strength.

The wool is a smooth and spongy fibre known by its capacity to keep the art of spinning fibres.

In my textile creations we combined mechanised spinning with traditional and handmade spinning.

The traditional spinning provides a unique texture and brightness. They let me carry out mixtures of fibres with different colour, smoothness, and texture shades in an unlimited way and with a unique result in the cloth.

This is why, some of my cloths are done using my own handmade spinning.
